Power Steering
Today's focus is good mechanics. Concentrate your efforts on moving as well as you possibly can in the initial weightlifting portion, and carry those good habits over into the metcon portion. During which, the barbell is going to be where breaking will most likely have to happen, so pick a pace on the first two movements that's easy to maintain, and allows for a big first set on those 15 hang cleans. Be aggressive and push through. Make it hurt.
