Open Workout 20.4
This workout is about the barbell. The box jumps and pistols are eye-catching, but the separator is the barbell. Therefore, approach the box and squats with a recovery-type pace. With that in mind, the barbell will be the true test. Good news is, the reps go down! Bad news is, that weight gets heavy, and it ain't in short lil spurts, it's in big weight jumps. So stay calm, dial in that technique, and finish strong. 20.4!!!!!
