Ground Breaking
For today's metcon, err on the side of lighter weight, more challenging conditioning. If the weight is too heavy, we're not holding onto it as long as we could, thereby limiting the intensity, so scale appropriately. The weightlifting prior is there to give you the chance to go heavy first, and make that bar during the workout all the more light. Move well, breathe smooth, and finish strong.
