Little bit longer of a workout today, but nonetheless a very good one. That 800 meter run will allow you to establish a steady heart rate, the key then becomes staying consistent with said heart rate once inside the gym. So plan out the sets you want on the toes to bar, limit how much rest you have between those sets, and then just find a smooth, easy pace on those dumbbell snatches. 3 rounds, can't get much better than this.
