A repeat from December 14th, 2018. If you remember, this workout is designed to be fast. The idea being that the deadlifts get easier, the toes to bar get really, REALLY difficult. Which means, choose a scale that allows you to just keep moving. This workout is go, and don't stop. So stay nice and consistent, breathe nice and easy, and enjoy a wonderful Friday, errybody!!!
