If you're familiar with Christine, you know that the row is there to spike the heart rate, challenge our breathing through the deadlifts, and force our capacity with the box jumps. So have a plan for the time domain you want to maintain for each movement, and try to stick to that gameplan throughout the entire workout. The weight should be light enough that 12 remains unbroken every single time. So scale accordingly, and let's see what we can do today.
