Overhand Clean Grip Deadlift (4x3 @ 100-110% of Clean)
This is nothing crazy but you must keep a overhand grip (like you would clean) on the deadlift.
No Over/Under Grip.
Athletes will have 10 mins to warm up
On a Every 2 min clock 3 reps will be performed.
Reset at the bottom of each Deadlift
