Nothing better the day after Christmas than to work off some of those cookies and turkey and whatever else you got to enjoy yesterday than to get some AMRAPs to make us love life and everything about it. Throughout these 5 AMRAPs, we do not want to reach the highest point and then drastically drop down because we went too hot. So make sure you start conservative, just like an interval workout, then hold that pace and stay consistent.
