Partner #1: - 15 reps 3-way delts (you pick the weight)
Partner #2: jump rope (then switch roles)
#1: - 15 strict knees to elbows
#2: jump rope (then switch roles)
#1: - 15 SDLHP 65/45
#2: jump rope (then switch roles)
#1: - 15 push ups
#2: jump rope (then switch roles)
