Freedom Sauce
With 3 minute intervals, there is a lot of work to be done with very little time. That means choosing the barbell weight is key. If making it to the rower is uncertain in any of the AMRAPs, choose a lighter weight. The pace is go fast and don't stop. 3 minutes of work is very different from 5, therefore give it as much energy as possible with the knowlege that equal rest will follow. When you get to that rower, row like a monster's in a rowboat behind you, and don't slow down.
