Come from 9-12 today and row! CFCB will donate $1 to Nourish NC for every 1,000meters rowed, and that is being matched by Southern Sign Company, Myrtle Grove Animal Hospital, The Copper Penny, and Jason and Mary Kay McLeod! Bring a friend, and let's see how far this community can take this boat! Nourish NC so far in 2018 has fed 925 kids every weekend, given 66,114#s of produce to kids in need(that's a lot of deadlifts!), given over 1,990 kids fresh fruits and veggies, and 89% of the parents of the kids in the program report it would be difficult to feed their kids without Nourish NC. You can help! Just come row 1, 10, or 42thousand meters(that's a lot!) to help this great program and show the community support. Also, fasted cardio on turkey day? It could be a great thing!
