For the first time in the Open, you get to CHOOSE how you complete this workout. If you wanted to, you could do 1 wallball, 80 calories on the row, then 119 wallballs and then 40 ring muscle-ups. However you want to do it, this workout has a 20 minute cap. So have some fun strategizing, see what you want to do, and execute to the best of your ability. This one's going to be fun, folks!!!
