30 sec. goblet squat hold (with KB)
10 Squats
20 leg swings each leg
30 sec. lunge stretch each leg
20 Torso twists (with KB)
12 Yoga push ups (hold head through the arms to finish)
2: Deadlift (20x1 (elevated from 45# plates))
Deadlift
You should be able to lift a little more weight once blocked up, but don't start too heavy if you intend to keep the same weight across all 20 reps. Recommended weight = 75-85%. Control all lifts back down to the blocks.
