With that incredibly attractive partner you've got there, the idea is that it is a big push of energy and then a fortunate rest while your partner goes. The only real question is how to split up the row. Splitting in half will be a good option. A quick, medium 20/15 calorie row per person means only one transition and therefore less wasted time. Today does have a time cap which means the transitions and work must be done quickly. Push hard, recover quickly, and keep moving.
