Especially today, scale appropriately. If you look at that weight, amount, or distance of wallballs and rowing respectively, bring it down. The idea today is to have 1+ minute on the second movement in each AMRAP. If you know you can't make it there with time to spare, scale so you know you can. Good news is, who DOESN'T love to kill your legs on a Monday?! Eh?!
