Ohhh yeah buddy!!! This one's designed to test how hard you're willing to push yourself, isn't that just fanTASTIC?! The good news is, you get just as much rest as you do work, but remember, you've got 5 rounds of this. So again, pace pace pace those first 3 AMRAPs so the last 2 can be your best. Consistency yields maximum work achieved versus peaking and dropping fast and low. So start smooth, then slowly pick up the pace. You got this!
