Drag, Flip, Strike, & are you serious? (another John Hays inspiration) (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
In teams of two, with a 40 min. AMRAP, do the following:
- 150m sled drag 55/35 (sled weighs #38) [Together]
- 20 tire flips [10 each]
- 50 sledge hammer strikes [25 each arm EACH]
- 250m weighted uphill walking lunges 25/15 [each] (return with overhead carry)
- partners share all the work
- lunges both partners do, each has a weight
