Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
With a 20 minute AMRAP do as many rounds and reps as possible of the following:
- 5 rower plank pikes
- 100m row
- 5 rower pike ups
- 5 side plank hip dips, each side
- 5 tricep bench dips
- 5 strict knees 2 elbows
each round increase the row by 100m
