LUNGES: Regular forward or reverse lunges.
PUSH-UPS: Off Knees or to a target.
SQUATS: To a target for depth.
DEADLIFT: Double DB, 1-Arm DB, Kettlebell DL (Hold with both hands), Barbell (135/95).
