One Ton Challenge
Today we are doing 6 one rep max tests. It will be a big challenge to get this all done in an hour, so if there is any way to get to the gym early and get a little general warm up on your own I would suggest you do so! You may perform the lifts in any order you see fit. But you should only take 3 attempts in 8 minutes, after a warm-up, then move on to the next. https://www.theonetonchallenge.com/
