Words of the Wise: One person works at a time, you know this. Try and go heavy on the KB and alternate every 10 or so. Sit ups partners go toe to toe, one person has WB, both go down and do sit up, pass the ball in the middle, both do sit up, rinse, lather, and repeat. HAVE FUN!!
