Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
Partner Wod In teams of 2
25 minute amrap
10 rounds (5 each) alternate entire rounds:
10 wall balls 20/14
7 box jumps or step ups 20 inch
5 pull-ups
then 1 mile run (both partners)
with remaining time:
amrap alternating entire rounds:
4 dead lifts 225/155
10 box jumps or step ups 20in
Score is total rounds and reps of DL and BJ's/Step ups
One partner can leave on the run as their partner is completing round 10, But you cant start final amrap until both partners return from run.
