First, we see where our 3-rep deadlift is at, then we move into a relatively quick metcon. And no, you are not doing 21 400 meter runs, so you're welcome! The key today is to pace the deadlifts so that you can push the runs. In terms of time domain, we're looking at an 8-10 minute workout. So, decide what weight will be best there on the deadlifts, and let's get it!
