First, we get your legs STRONG, then, we blow them up. So yes, Monday's going to be AWESOME. For "Jack Daniels" the idea is to be somewhere in the 10-12 minute range. Knowing that, decide whether or not scaling will be necessary in order to attain that time range. Whether it's the reps on the thrusters and pull-up or the distance on the run or both, find the scale that allows you to just keep moving at a nonstop pace. Happy Monday!
