- floor wipers 135/95
- 1/2 burpees
- V ups
- Flutter kicks
- Abmat sit ups
- floor wipers 135/95
Between each round do 10- 1 reps of:
- air squat
- squat jump(s)
- alternating side lunges (each side)
- forward split jump lunge (each leg)
Subtract a rep each round
then finish with 1 min plank
45 minute time cap
