Warm-up
Run Bike or Row for 10 minutes at a steady pace.
Then, 2 minute hold per side:
Couch Stretch, Pigeon Stretch, Doorway Pec Stretch
Metcon

For Time: (Partition as you like)
100 Burpees
100 Lateral Lunges
100 Bicycle Sit-ups
100 Jump Squats
I would recommend 10 rounds of 10 reps (or) 5 rounds of 20 reps. If you want to make this harder do not partition. Track your partition in notes.
