Another interval, yay! This one, however, is entirely dependent on how you feel. If you're good at hang power cleans, let's see how much weight we can do under fatigue. If you're not, let's see if we can challenge the weight SOME, but primarily focus on technique. Today is relative from person to person, so make it your own, let's have some fun with it.
