In teams of two complete 5 rds for time:
- 2 4-way stationary lunge 45/35
- 10 calf raises 45/35
- 10 bulgarian split lunges (each leg)
- 10 mother of drags - curls 65/45
- 10 wide grip skull crushers 65/45
- 10 roll outs
- each person does everything, one works the other holds and then switch
- one partner holds a hanging knee raise while the other works, stop when your partner needs a break
- 45 min cap
