(2) 4 sets
- 10 bench press (barbell)
- 10 close grip bench
- 10 reverse grip bench
#2 max effort V-ups
(3) 4 sets
- 10 db pullovers
- 10 db rows (each arm)
- 10 db kickbacks
#2 max effort battle ropes
- you determine weights
- superset all three movements
- each partner does four sets of movements
- score = total of all max effort reps
