Bar MU and Handstand Walking
Spend 14min (E2:00) working on Bar Muscle Ups
OR
14 mins of Handstand Walking Practice
*If you have Bar MUs, pick a number of reps to hit every 2 mins for 7 sets, practice linking, ect. If not, this will be time to work on strength and skills to get a Bar MU.
*During the handstand walk, this is a time where you may practice walking over plates, walking around cones, or just practice hitting a certain amount of feet at a time, ect. This is also a time to work on drills for the handstand walk if you are trying to achieve this movement.
