- Use two dumbbells.

INTENDED STIMULUS:
A) Complete 8-12 total rounds.
B) Maintain unbroken thrusters for as many rounds as possible.
C) Classic push/pull movement combination. Expect a "Franish" feel to the workout.
Run Intervals:
