Alternating EMOM for 20 Minutes:
Even Minutes: Max Row (meters)
Odd Minutes: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (35/20, Rx+=50/35)
For the first minute, row as many meters as possible. The next minute, complete 10 Dumbbell Snatches and rest in the remaining time. Repeat this until the time is up. Score is total distance rowed in meters.
*You need to keep track of your meters on a whiteboard or piece of paper.
