If you've done Fight Gone Bad, you know that minute of rest feels like it's about 10 seconds long. Today, try and make that the most productive minute you can. Take big, controlled breaths, keep your chest up, and stay calm. Yes we are getting work done by completing the movements, but we are improving our work CAPACITY by making those 60 seconds of rest productive. So stay calm in that minute, and just keep moving.
