Perform a snatch pull, followed by a hang snatch, followed by an overhead squat
1 set is 1+2+2. Based off 1RM snatch - 2 sets at 70%, @75%, 1 @80%
Power Clean + Push Jerk (1+1+1)
Based on 1RM Power Clean perform 2 sets @70%, 1@ 75%, and 1 @ 80%
