This is the last week of the open workouts and our active recovery Thursday workouts. That being said I've loaded the first two days of the week with what I would think are coming on Friday. Heavy Barbell and Gymnastics so challenge yourself on possibly some of the RX+ movements even if it means you wont get as far, that's ok!
That being said DONT RIP YOUR HANDS. Modify Tuesday as needed and lets show up hard for this last week!!
