Strategy is key here. If you move too slow out the gate, you meet the 8 minute time cap. Go too hot and yes you might make it before the cap, but you'll be too blown up to do anything for the next 4 minutes. Therefore, be smart about how you approach that initial 8 minute window. Be exact about how you break up the toes to bar. Know EXACTLY how many breaths you want to take between each clean. And for the double unders, don't stress too much if you start missing. Just keep breathing and keep moving. Have some fun today, folks. This one's going to be awesome.
