Dumbbell Snatch
Complete 5 sets of:
- 8 alternating dumbbell power snatches (8 total)
- 8 box jumps (as high as possible, SAFELY)
- 8 Ring push ups
Metcon (Time)
4 rounds for time of:
50 double unders
20 ball slams 25/15#
Rest exactly 1:00 between rounds
Scale is 150 singles or 15 calorie bike
RX+ 5 rounds
