Here is the breakdown:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: These days typically start with our strength program. You'll see some weightlifting, skill development, or possibly some targeted mobility work. After the strength portion, we transition into the workout of the day (WOD), which is typically a shorter metabolic conditioning workout (MetCon).
Tuesday and Saturday: These are our longer workout days. On these days, you'll generally see longer MetCons and possibly some endurance work. We typically do not have a separate strength segment on these days, so we can focus on the longer workout. Saturday workouts are often designed to be completed with a partner, which adds an extra fun dynamic to your workout!
