Spike Ball
The walking lung is a great place to slow it down and catch your breath. It's unweighted and not too far, so it should be a perfect distance to get your breath back, then attack that kettlebell, whether it's swings or squats. Either way, if you feel good, let's see how fast we can go, burn them legs to a crisp! If not, don't be afraid to scale down to something doable and enjoyable. Happy Sunday!
