Yay 1-Rep Maxes!! Nothing like seeing how heavy your power clean and jerk is on a Monday. If you're ready and happy to see how heavy you can go, let's do it. If you're totally fine with just going heavier than workout weight to make said weight feel a little better, great! Regardless, today is a great day to fine tune some technique and positioning before adding in some air squats and a light barbell. Happy Monday!!
