This amrap is all about consistency. Go out at about 80% of your max effort and maintain that throughout.
Plate hops/line hops: Aim for unbroken on these each set.
Stepback lunges: Aim for unbroken each set. Utilize the transition time between movements for your rest.

Double unders: Aim to complete these in 1-2 sets. If you are unable to double under, sub 96 single unders.
Double dumbbell deadlifts: Aim to keep these unbroken as long as possible. Stand tall each rep! Utilize the transition time between movements for rest.
