GOAL: GRIND | Only 3 Rounds? Yea but 15 rope climbs and 75 Back Squats at 185/135. If you are looking for an additional challenge, take the bar from the ground. That will be a VERY different workout. If taking from the ground, you will want to reduce drops. Can you go UB? That's a tall order and your legs will be GONE the rest of the week. Can you go 15/10? Out of a rack, you have much more freedom to break and divide your sets.

C. STRENGTH / GYMNASTICS
No Additional Strength. Take the additional rest and focus on your GPP and Strength session. If you are feeling like you want to move / recover, add in 20-30 mins of walking, yoga, or stretching. But also...nothing wrong with taking some time to read a book and unwind!
