In Teams of 2:
Part A: AMRAP 8 Minutes
15/12 cal ROW, while Partner jumps as many DU as possible.
Rest 2 Minutes
Part B: AMRAP 8 Minutes
15/12 cal BIKE, while Partner does as many Burpees as possible.
Part C: AMRAP 8 Minutes
Run for Laps, you go I go
1 Lap = 155m
Scoring Part A & B: all the reps :)
Scoring Part C: all started Laps (go for your last lap even if you only have 10 sec or so on the timer, Finish Strong)
If class is packed, start on different parts as usual :)
