Coaches Wisdom: Barbell should be heavy, like 135 for dudes and 95 for girls, something where you can alternate every 5 reps with your homie. KB should be heavier as well, maybe something the next step up from what you typically use. Each homie Rows 25 cal a piece. One partner works while the other holds a plank with a 45 lb plate on their back....
